The Symposium will be held in Reims, France at the Reims Conference Centre.

Entirely clad in metal, aluminum and glass, the Congress Center presents itself as a vessel with slender lines. Its design, by Claude VASCONI, is resolutely contemporary and functional. Moored along the canal, it plunges through its glass roof onto a vast landscaped park. Ideally located in the heart of the city, it has very privileged access 5 minutes on foot from the historic center, a quality hotel park, the main cafes and restaurants and the TGV station.
  • How to get to Reims

Reims can be reached best by train (TGV) from Paris or from Charles de Gaulle Airport. Reims is situated about 150 km east of Paris.

  • Reims is at the crossroads of the A4-E50 (Paris – Strasbourg) and A26-E17 (Calais – Troyes – Dijon) freeways. 6 exits serve the city.
    Think about carpooling

    Please note:
Part of the city of Reims is located in a Low Emission Zone (ZFE). To drive in the ZFE zone, your vehicle must display a green Crit air sticker, or a sticker rated from 1 to 3, affixed to the windscreen.
You can’t circulate in the zone without a vignette, or a 4 or 5 vignette, on pain of a fine. Apply for the vignette on the official government website

    Leave your car :
3 park-and-ride facilities (P+R) are available at the entrance to the town. They avoid traffic jams and the difficulties of parking in the city center (for a fee). From the parking lot, take public transport or Zebullo (self-service bicycles).

Take the TGV from Paris and you’ll be in Reims in 45 minutes! The “cité des sacres” is at the crossroads of the Lille – Dijon – Méditerranée and Paris – Charleville – Sedan lines.
Reims has two train stations: Reims-Centre, right in the heart of the city center, and Champagne-Ardenne TGV, in Bezannes, linked to Reims by streetcar. More details on the SNCF website.

Once in Reims, the TER takes you on a tour of the Champagne region.

Numerous lines serve the surrounding villages. The Ligne des Bulles linking Reims to Epernay is particularly popular.
