    *Specific Student rate will be applied upon presentation of a written proof of participation as student.

    During your registration, you can book a guided tour of the city on Tuesday 21st. 
    Please note that there are additional costs and places are limited.
     
    Payments
    Credit card payments can be completed during the online registration process, with no additional fees. You will receive a confirmation of your registration and payment via email.
    For bank transfers, an invoice with all payment details will be sent to you via email. Please note that all bank charges must be covered by the delegate.

    The members of the international scientific community, professional metrologists, manufacturers of measurement equipment, engineers and students working in the field of the temperature and humidity metrology.

    • Bank transfer : Bank account details available at confirmation step. All bank charges for the registrants account.

  • VISA AND INVITATION LETTER


    Participants coming from outside the Schengen Area wishing to enter France must be able to submit statutory documents at the border concerning the reasons for their stay, their means of support and accommodation arrangements.
     
    A visa is generally required, in the absence of a waiver. For general information and for preparing, submitting and tracking your visa application, log on to
    France-Visas , France’s official visa site, with all the information you need to guide you through the process and help you every step of the way.

    Waiting times for appointments and for processing applications will vary depending on your nationality and on the time of the year. Participants are advised to check whether they will need a visa and submit any visa application well in advance of the conference.
     
    If you need an invitation letter for a visa purpose, you will be able to request it through the registration process. For participants submitting contributed abstracts, requests should be made as soon as possible after receiving notification of acceptance.
     

  • CANCELLATION POLICY

    Delegates who find themselves unable to attend TEMPMEKO-ISHM 2025 after submitting a registration form are most welcome to nominate a substitute. All substitutions and cancellations should be notified in writing by e-mail to Insight Outside at contact@tempmeko-ishm2025.com
     
    • Cancellation notice received before 1st July, 2025: 100% refund
    • Cancellation notice received between 1st July, 2025 to 31 August 2025: 50% refund
    • Cancellation notice received from 1st September 2025: no refund
    No refund will be made in case of non-appearance.

    All registration changes and cancellations have to be communicated to Insight Outside in written form, i.e. via email, regular mail. The time at which the written cancellation is received by Insight Outside is deemed to be the time of cancellation.
