  • ORAL PRESENTATIONS


    ALLOTED TIME

    There will be 20 minutes total time allotted for presentations, including 15 minutes of presentation and 5 minutes of questions.
    Please adhere to the schedule. If your presentation exceeds the allocated time the session chair will intervene.
    Please make sure you are in the right session room at least 10 minutes before the beginning of the session.

    ACCEPTABLE FORMAT

    Format for presentation: 16:9 ratio PowerPoint for Windows. If you prepare your presentation on a Mac computer, when choosing fonts for your presentation, please use the fonts you find on the Windows Office Compatible sub-menu and you’ll have no trouble with PowerPoint for Windows.

    PRESENTATION DOWNLOAD PLATFORM

    Uploading your presentation file in advance is the most important step you will take to ensure your presentation is a success!

    All presenting authors will be able to upload their presentation remotely through our dedicated uploading platform starting from September 25th. You will receive an email with a link and login to connect.

    Please upload your slides to the dedicated plateform to your presentation before October 20th, 2025 and use the PPT template for your presentation.

    The submission of presentations must be done online only, via the platform provided.

    It will not be possible to use personal laptops. At the end of the conference, all files will be destroyed.
  • POSTER PRESENTATIONS

    ALLOTED TIME

    There are 3 poster sessions scheduled on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 16:00 to 17:00 (16:20 to 17:20 on Thursday). The presenting author should be available near his/her poster during the allocated poster session for discussions with interested colleagues.
    Posters will be displayed starting from the morning coffee break to maximize visibility throughout the day. Authors are also encouraged to remain near their posters during this period.

    Posters should be set up and removed in the Poster area according to the alloted session:
    • Poster session 1: Tuesday 21 October - Set-up from 08:00 / Removal at 18:30
    • Poster session 2: Wednesday 22 October - Set-up from 08:00 / Removal at 18:30
    • Poster session 3: Thursday 22 October  - Set-up from 08:00 / Removal at 18:30
    Posters not collected after the end of session will be disposed of.

    ACCEPTABLE FORMAT

    All posters must be prepared in English and be in the format 841 mm x 1,189 mm (width x eight - poster dimension according to A0-format). Please observe that all posters should have a portrait layout in order to fit the poster board.
    The organizers will provide the necessary materials to attach the posters to the boards.
    Please check the program for your poster number. Your poster location will be identified by that number.

    There will also be Flash poster presentations to promote and introduce your poster presentation to attendees. These will last 2 minutes and only two slides will be allowed including the title slide.
